It seems like our kids build a pillow and blanket fort on a weekly basis. They absolutely love to grab all the sheets, blankets, and pillows they can find, along with all the dining chairs, and so they can create a fort that almost fills an entire room!
Of course, once the fort is built, they then pack it full of every toy imaginable. The least favorite part is when they have to clean up the eventual tear-down mess, but that’s a different discussion altogether!

Cat Footwear Fort Challenge
The Cat Footwear Fort Challenge, running until June 30, 2020, is an awesome family-focused campaign to create an activity together at home. After all, most of us are at home anyway now and are constantly looking for new, creative playtime ideas for our kids.
Not only has Cat Footwear created this fun activity, they’ve gone even further by providing a few fort blueprints and even the opportunity to win prizes!
Build a world where the only limit is your imagination (and how many pillows you have). With more time at home these days, we’re challenging you to create the pillow-and-blanket structure of your dreams starting with our three blueprints below. Whether it’s a pillow palace or couch castle, share your own fort masterpieces by tagging @catfootwear + #CatFortChallenge on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!
I plan to follow the #CatFortChallenge hashtag because I can’t wait to see what awesome ideas everyone comes up with. What kind of fort will you build?
